Cancel orders within 4 hours of placement by emailing support@subhadrafoods.com or calling +91 9346613811; post-processing or shipping, cancellations are not possible. For defective/incorrect items, request full refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery after photo verification—processed to original payment method in 7 business days.
Returns Process
Returns accepted only for unopened products in original condition; customer pays return shipping unless defective. Initiate via email with order number—replacements ship in 5-7 business days. No Cash on Delivery (COD) available; prepaid via Razorpay/Stripe/Phonepe only.
